neolog Different yet delightful!! 5

I was introduced to gazette through "Filth in the Beauty", so when I bought this as my first gazette album, I was confused and somewhat disappointed with my purchase.The musical style was very different and the album seemed to contain a mismash of songs that made me think that they didn't put any thought into the album concept as a whole.

However,after additional listens through, the noncoherency of metal,rock, jazz, pop, and disco? was actually quite charming. Instead of boring us with the same style throughout the album as many albums do, NIL has a variety that keeps things interesting.

The calm and beautiful "Cassis", the jazzy, and fun "Shadow VI II I", the dark and mysterious "Taion", and the energetic metal track, "Discharge", NIL is a bunch of fun that you will listen to over and over again!!

This style is indeed different, but in an awesome,and unrefined way that is a refreshing change from their also delightful style of today.

Nice design 5

Well, I'm not into gazette music, It was just a gift I gave, but when I saw it opened, I realized it has a very nice design. It's so rocky and punky.

to me, this is gazettE's best album. a lot of the songs on this album were the ones that first got me hooked onto their music :) a must-listen for any new j-rock fan!

Amaaaazing, I don't have words to discribe this CD! Love all the song, and this CD have my favorites ones - Bathroom, Cassis and Silly God Disco. Love this eternally!!!

TAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIION~~ 4

You guessed it. Taion alone made this album more than worth it. Ruki doesn't scream in it as he did during the Decomposition Beauty concert, but it's still great...the right atmosphere, just like Chizuru is on Stacked Rubbish.

Other songs that I find good are Bath Room, Maggots (!), Nausea & Shudder, Discharge, Shadow VI II I, and D.L.N.

I was left a little disappointed by Silly God Disco. I guess it does sound a little disco-ish, which normally is fine with me, but I've heard much better disco tracks.

Oh well, the rest of the album makes it worth it. Besides, Silly God Disco is followed by two of my favourite songs!

I love this album! *_* Really! Tracks like Bath Room and Nausea&Shudder kick ass big time!! If you're a long time fan of the Gazeboys - or perhaps a newbie fan - you HAVE to get this album! it's a.. well.. 'MUST(!!!!!!)-have' XD

NIL album was the first album I ever heard by The GazettE, and they immediately caught my attention. Each track just surprised me more and more, and I was 100% satisfied with it. =) I recommend this album to any The GazettE fan, and GazettE newbies as well!

NIL by mouth 4

NIL is a very innovative album for this band.

Ranging from jumpy poppy songs such as Silly God Disco, to eerie and dark tracks such as Taion.

This album shows the versatility of this band, and is the best album to date from the Gaze boys.

is really difficult for me to choose which album is the best from The GazettE...they have stuff that definetly you will end up loving...i accept Ruki is not really good at english...but who cares about it? with that beautiful voice and great sound from this band...that doesn't matter...another great work from this band, that's all.

There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

SACD (Super Audio CD)

SACDs are playable only on SACD players, and will not play on regular CD players. On the other hand, SACD Hybrid disc has a layer that is playable also on regular CD payers. Such titles are indicated as "Format: SACD-Hybrid" in item details page.
